As well as being King Pleasure of Biscuit Boys fame, Mark Skirving is an artist with a considerable international reputation. Since he started painting in 2003, his works have sold across Europe, in Asia and North and South America. In ‘A Brush with the Blues’ he unites his two careers, with paintings of blues singers, including such greats as B.B. King, who Mark once shared a stage with when King Pleasure and the Biscuit Boys opened for him at Symphony Hall.
The exhibition of Mark’s paintings at The Blue Piano will run until mid-October.
