“Our aim is to provide a unique food experience that will appeal to people who want to try real South East Asian cuisine. Our menus mix classic dishes that have been passed down through generations with popular street food from where I grew up.”
Chef Patron, Siew Kuan Hodgson
The Blue Piano restaurant serves traditional Singaporean, Malaysian and Cambodian cuisine, created using the finest South-East Asian ingredients and cooking styles. Dishes include fish amok (the national dish of Cambodia), popular Malay choices such as king prawns with sambal chilli and the Blue Piano’s signature dish, savoury Singapore carrot cake, made from a secret recipe passed on to owner Siew Kuan by her sister.
