The Blue Piano restaurant serves traditional Singaporean, Malaysian and Cambodian cuisine, created using the finest South-East Asian ingredients and cooking styles. Dishes include fish amok (the national dish of Cambodia), popular Malay choices such as king prawns with sambal chilli and the Blue Piano’s signature dish, savoury Singapore carrot cake, made from a secret recipe passed on to owner Siew Kuan by her sister.

Menus include a wide variety of vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options and dishes can be adjusted on request to cater for food allergies.
